TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions of trading with Dancingwear UK
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Any contract entered into between Dancingwear UK and its customers is governed by English Law

We will refund or exchange any faulty item.

We do not offer refunds on our Show Costumes items, We can offer exchanges or credits against other items in our show costumes range. The cost of returning items is to be paid for by the purchaser. There is a 15% re stocking charge on our Showcostumes range.
If you are ordering samples to try our range you must advise at the time of ordering.

ITEMS MADE TO ORDER ARE NON REFUNDABLE, EXCHANGES ARE NOT POSSIBLE ON THESE SPECIAL ORDERS.

The purchaser is responsible for goods being returned until they are recieved by Dancingwear UK so we suggest proof of postage is obtained as the minimum requirement. If returned goods are lost in transit it is the purchasers responsibility to claim from whatever carrier used, but the purchasers are liable to Dancingwear UK for payment of the goods.

We will only reimburse any postage on defective items.

The minimum value for credit card or debit card transactions is £10 below this figure there is a £1 handling fee or you can send in a cheque.

If however should you simply not like an item and wish to return it or exchange it, postage is not refunded and there may be a 15% handling charge on non stock items.   

OVERSEAS ORDERS: Postage is charged on all overseas orders, this is calculated on the weight of the goods and location. No postage is refunded on retuned overseas order. For exchanges on overseas orders postage is charged for sending out replacement items regardless of the reason.

Sizing: We cannot guarantee that the sizes quoted will fit as required, we will endeavor to supply the correct size based on the information provided, however we will not be held responsible for return postage costs if the garments do not fit.

ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF DANCINGWEAR UK UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
